DDP 70  The Digital Document Publisher 70 is designed for production intensive environments where performance, versatility and reliability are essential. This is the model CCI chose to replace our previous laser printers. We couldn't be more satisfied with their performance. 

Reliability: Specially designed for high-volume applications, the DDP 70's engine has a life of at least 20 million images and will print more than 1.2 million pages before the first preventative maintenance cycle.  It's built-in web capability allows direct linking to the latest product information and support via the HiKIS web site.

Web Utilities Optimum performance is achieved through built-in web utilities that allow complete control over printer functions, maintenance tasks, and system status.  These web utilities can be accessed directly from the internet or your company's intranet.  Users can generate reports on consumables, errors, usage and even job costs.

An inline finisher is also available to staple and stack your finished documents. Fujitsu M4097D Scanner The Fujitsu M4097D offers single and double-sided document scanning of a wide range of document sizes and types.  The M4097D scans incorporates high 600 dpi resolution scanning with a high throughput of 50 letter-size pages per minute.

For interfacing, this scanner features both a SCSI-2 and inexpensive video interfaces, ideal for the DDP MicroPress System and most other imaging systems.  

The automatic document feeder increases your productivity by handling paper sizes that range from 2"x3" to 11"x17" and thickness from onion skin to card stock.  An infrared detector to eliminate document double feeds is also included.

Publishing Finisher Designed specially to work inline with other Hitachi digital document solutions, the Publishing Finisher provides professional output and amazingly low cost per printed document.  Now you can create booklets, magazines and catalogs from your own documents.

Features:  
Sheet Insertion: The finisher can insert covers, tabs, or other sheets that may be pre-printed and of a different stock than the printed pages.
Saddle-Stitch Staple: The finisher can place staples in the center of your documents prior to folding to create a saddle-stitched booklet.
Fold: Whether used in conjunction with the stapling option or not, center folding puts your document in standard booklet form.
Trim: Since stapling and folding create a bulge of paper on the outer edge of your booklet, the finisher will trim your document after folding to produce a clean, professional edge.
Stack: The finisher stacks your finished booklet aligning the folded edge.
