Other matching inserters rely on the human eye to check for a match and therefore can only check every 5th to 10th piece. The other machines allow for human error and can only claim 50 - 70% accuracy. CCI's inserters have digital cameras that check every single piece for a match and stop at the first mismatch. Human error is not a factor and it is nearly impossible to mail a mismatched piece inserted on these machines.

envelopes up to a 9 1/2 x 10 1/2 and up to 20 pieces in one pass. Inserting
using multiple passes, CCI can handle any number of inserts.
