Pam Fleming
Pam worked at the United States Postal Service for 7 years as a Letter Sorting Machine Operator, Flat Machine Operator, Supervisor in Production, Acting Tour Superintendent, and then Account Executive in Marketing. After receiving three Outstanding Merit Reviews in a row and jumping two steps each time, Pam left the Postal Service to work in the private sector and has never looked back. Pam has worked in the private sector since 1990. She has met the qualifications for Professional Experience and Education by accredited educational organizations by the National Certification Board of the Mail Systems Management Association and is declared to be a Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager, CMDSM. Pam is one of approximately 300 Nationwide. Having signed the Professional Code of Ethics, this Certified Professional Manager can be expected to perform to the highest standards of professionalism.
Shirley King
Shirley King received her Journalism degree from the University of Kansas paving her way into radio sales for a Wichita radio station. She assisted clients with hard-hitting advertising campaigns and copy writing. Upon leaving radio, Shirley headed for a sales career with a regional CPA firm where she worked with the firm's partners to identify prospective client needs and consulting projects. CCI welcomes her back to advertising where she assists clients with a targeted, tailored approach to their advertising campaigns.
Tracy Williams
Graduated McPherson High School in 1993 Tracy started in the insurance industry. After 17 years as a Commercial Insurance Specialist, Tracy has moved her talents into Direct Mail marketing and Sales.
Customer Service
Jared Kidwell
Jared has been in the direct mail and printing business for over 13 years. In those years Jared has held positions from plant manager to customer service representative and just about everything in between. With those positions has come a vast array of knowledge in the business.
Shannon Bolden
Shannon Bolden is a Customer Service Representative at Contemporary Communications, Inc. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service. Her previous work experience has been in the aircraft industry. With a background in manufacturing her knowledge is instrumental in assisting with the flow of production. She is responsible for assisting the customer with their direct mail needs, ensuring the mailing is sent in a timely manner. In her spare time she is attending college to finish her degree in Business Administration.
